Before Cleopatra killed herself she did many other things that led up to her death or suicide. One of the first things that she did was that she had an affair with her brother and then she killed him so that she could be the pharaoh over all of Egypt. What kind of a sister has an affair and kills her brother!!!!! A few years later Cleopatra fled to Cesar. Her servant wrapped her up in a rug and then rolled out and out popped Cleopatra! A few years later Cesar left Cleopatra and married the sister Octavian. Cesar was assassinated a few years after he married Octavian's sister. Soon after Cesar left Cleopatra, Cleopatra had 2 kids named Alexander and Cleopatra. Cleopatra then married Mark Antony (Cesar's top military lieutenant). Later she went suicide by sticking her hand in a bucket full of cobras and they bit her and she died slowly.
